You definitely should check it out
Neebs Gaming seems to showcase the game in a cinematic, story-driven way through their humorous commentary and edits. Their videos likely provide an entertaining way for viewers to experience aspects of Subnautica without playing it directly. However, as I have not watched enough of their content, I can't make a definitive judgment on whether it's the "best" way to experience the game besides playing it yourself.
