You definitely should check it out
Man oh man, have you seen Neebs Gaming's Ark series? It's absolutely hilarious and captures all the chaos and fun of Ark perfectly. I gotta say, watching the Simon Slayers fumble their way through the early game in Ark is comedy gold.
Seeing Doraleous run around with no pants, getting lost in his own 2x2 hut, and trying to "heal" his teammates by smacking them with narcoberries is too good. And don't even get me started on Pthomas - that dude is a hot mess behind the wheel of anything, whether it's a raft or a dino. Some of the crashes he's pulled off are unbelievable!
But you can also see them slowly getting the hang of things episode by episode. When they finally tamed their first few dinos, like the trike and dilo, I was cheering them on. And Thick44's epic quest to get a smithy going had me on the edge of my seat.
The best part is that with all the goofy antics, you also get these awesome cinematic moments that really show off the environment and creatures of Ark. The establishing shots of the beaches, jungles, and caves look fantastic. And seeing the dinos like the argies swooping around in slow motion captures their majesty perfectly.
Neebs Gaming has this perfect blend of cinematic style, great editing, and hilarious improvised comedy. There's nothing else like it for experiencing Ark or any other survival game. It's like you're playing it yourself, but with a full production crew and cast of characters to liven things up.
If you're on the fence, just watch one episode and you'll be hooked. Neebs and the crew have made Ark into one of the most entertaining gaming videos on YouTube. This is definitely the best way to experience Ark short of playing it yourself. Grab some snacks and binge the whole playlist - you won't regret it!
