Man, I just watched the latest Battlefield Friends video from Neebs Gaming and it was hilarious! This episode focused on the engineer class and their stationary turrets. As always, the banter between the characters had me cracking up. Private Dumbass struggling to figure out how to place the turret and getting frustrated was comedy gold.
The animation style is so expressive and allows for great comedic moments. Like when Recon expertly snipes enemies while casually chatting on the phone - his exaggerated swagger is perfect. Or the overly dramatic death scenes like when Support gets blown up into little pieces by a tank shell. The cinematics really enhance the comedy.
Neebs Gaming is so talented at taking gameplay moments we can all relate to and turning them into entertaining stories. The turret struggles in Battlefield 4 feel so real. We've all been there trying to find the perfect spot to place one for maximum carnage.
These videos are the next best thing to playing Battlefield yourself. It reminds me of all the shenanigans my friends and I would get up to in matches. The battlefield chaos, the scramble for power weapons and vehicles, the insane hero moments. Neebs captures it all through these characters.
The editing is top notch as well. The way they splice in game footage and dramatic angles with the animated characters brings everything to life vividly. You feel immersed in the battlefield world right along with them.
Neebs Gaming is hands down my favorite gaming channel for their unique brand of cinematic comedy. No one does it better. Their Battlefield Friends series clearly comes from a place of love for the game and community. And that passion shines through in every hilarious moment. If you haven't seen these Battlefield masterpieces, do yourself a favor and dive in! You can thank me later.
